How does Nani-Care select nannies ?
We only work with pre-vetted nannies who meet strict criteria for experience, reliability, and background checks.
Can I book a nanny through the app ?
No, you cannot book a nanny directly through the app. However, you can browse nanny profiles, check availability, and contact them to arrange childcare.
Do I need a membership to contact nannies ?
Yes, free users can only view nanny profiles. To contact and book a nanny, you need a Premium Membership.
How do I become a nanny on Nani-Care ?

Playdates & Meetups
How do I find playdates for my child ?
You can browse and join nearby playdates and meetups hosted by parents in the Nani-Care community.
Can I create my own playdate ?
Yes! Simply tap “Create a Playdate”, enter details like time, location, and age group, and invite other parents.
Marketplace & Brand Deals
What can I buy or sell on the marketplace ?
Parents can buy and sell gently used baby clothes, toys, strollers, furniture, and other baby essentials.
Are there any fees for selling on Nani-Care ?
No! Listing and selling items in the marketplace is completely free.
How do brand deals work?
Nani-Care partners with top family-friendly brands to offer exclusive discounts on baby products, family services, and experiences.
Membership & Payments
Is Nani-Care free to use ?
Yes! The core features of Nani-Care (browsing nannies, playdates, and marketplace) are free. However, contacting nannies and accessing premium benefits requires a paid membership.
How does the free trial work ?
New users get a 4-month free trial to access premium features. However, to activate the trial, users must:
- Complete 2 online interviews to provide feedback on the app
- Fill out a suggestion form about new features & preferred brands
- Answer a questionnaire to help improve Nani.Care
What are the membership plans ?
- Free Plan (Basic Access) – View but cannot contact nannies
- Premium Plan:
- 1 Month – CHF 35
- 3 Months – CHF 75
- 12 Months – CHF 195
What does the Premium Plan include ?
- Contact & hire nannies

- Priority visibility for parents

Do memberships renew automatically ?
No, premium memberships do not auto-renew. Once your subscription ends, your account will return to the Free Plan, and you can upgrade anytime.

How do I reset my password ?
Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen, and we’ll send you a link to reset it.
Can I change my email address after signing up ?
For security reasons, email changes require manual verification. Please contact support@nani.care for assistance.
How can I delete my account ?
You can request account deletion in the app settings or email support@nani.care.
