Our terms & conditions

Welcome to Nani.Care! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nani.Care platform, which connects nannies and parents in Switzerland. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nani.Care.

1. Nani.Care Services

  • Nani.Care does not employ nannies but provides a platform for parents to connect with verified nannies.
  • Nani.Care conducts background checks, certifications, interviews, and psychological tests to verify nannies.
  • Scheduling, payments, and contracts between parents and nannies are handled outside the platform. Nani.Care is not responsible for any arrangements made between users.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register as a nanny or a parent.
  • Nani.Care is currently available only in Switzerland.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Nannies must provide accurate information, including valid background checks, certifications, and references.
  • Parents are responsible for evaluating and selecting nannies.
  • Users agree to conduct themselves professionally and to comply with all applicable laws.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • Nani.Care is not responsible for any disputes, damages, injuries, or issues that may arise between parents and nannies.
  • Nani.Care does not guarantee the quality of services provided by nannies.
  • By using Nani.Care, you acknowledge that all arrangements made between parents and nannies are at your own risk.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Nani.Care does not process payments between parents and nannies.
  • A subscription model applies to access certain features. The pricing tiers are available in a separate document.
  • No refunds are provided for subscriptions.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Users provide personal data such as name, surname, contact details, location, certifications, CV, and references.
  • Nani.Care does not share user data with third parties.
  • Users may request account deletion through the self-service option in the app.

7. Marketing and Communications

  • By signing up, users opt-in to receive marketing emails and notifications.
  • Users can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. Account Termination

  • Users can delete their accounts via the self-service option.
  • Nani.Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
